I wanted to post this posting to give all my readers the ability to "Ask A Chef." I may not be the sharpest knife in the kitchen, but I have always loved sharing my passion and answering any questions I can. So feel free to ask away! Ever wonder how not to cry when cutting onions? (The answer is use a sharp knife) Wonder how you can get the perfect Medium Steak? (Use a thermometer and remove from the heat once it hits 135F degrees) Or Why do chefs wear funny looking shoes? (Clogs are very comfy) Etc.
