What good is Blogging if I can't share some love....here is a recipe I love to make:
Hoisin-Marinated Chicken
Adapted from Blue Ginger by Ming Tsai

2-cups                   Hoisin Sauce
4-tablespoon     Sambal Oelek
2-bunches           Scallions (Green Onion) – Green & White Parts Chopped
1-cup                     Dry Red Wine
.5-cup                   Fine Chopped Garlic
.5-cup                   Fine Chopped Ginger
2-teaspoon         Black Pepper (ground)
4-ea                       Chicken Breast
A/N                        Salt

1-      Mix Hoisin, Sambal, Scallion, Wine, Garlic, Ginger & Pepper in a bowl and Mix.

2-      Add chicken.

3-      Mix chicken around in Marinade

4-      Cover bowl with plastic and refrigerate at least 4 hours (Better overnight)

5-      Grill & Enjoy! (Cook to min. 165-degree-F internal cooking temperature)
