Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

Often times people ask me, "Do you make anything fancy?" Granted, I'm a Chef of an Art College and people tend to think of me as the Lunch Lady behind the cafeteria line.  However, I'm not that girl.  I happen to run a restaurant quality Cafe at one of the top Art & Design colleges in the country. That being said, I figured I'd show some of my work as of late.

I have a party today (04-05-2012) for 200+ people that required some Chocolate Dipped Strawberries.  So I decided to give them 4 versions of the classic.

Here you can see them all done....over 300 pieces

I did Dark Chocolate & Dark Chocolate with White Chocolate Stripes

And the reverse, of White Chocolate and White Chocolate with Dark Chocolate Stripes
