For those who don't know...I'm currently the Executive Chef at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA.  For this account, I created a special burger for them.  I call it the Art Center Burger.  This is a 1/3 Pound All Beef Angus Patty with Thick-Sliced Gouda Cheese, Grilled Onions, Tomato, and Shredded Lettuce on top of a Hawaiian Sweet Bun glazed in a Roasted Garlic Aioli. I serve it with a side of Sweet Potato Fries "Art Center Style" which is tossed with Honey and Cinnamon.
