Here is a picture from a dessert I made last week for some VIPs of mine...

It's a Molten Chocolate Lava Cake with Vanilla Ice-Cream and Hot Fudge. Garnished with an Almond Florentine Cookie and Strawberries.  My idea was to treat the cake as a mountain top that was snow covered and the cookie was to act as the sun setting over it. My interpretation of what it would look like in Hawaii.
